Presenting in ESB for the 1st time in Davos!

This was the first time post-COVID physical international conference that presenting cellulose hydrogel work from our group to the biomaterial community in the 33rd Annual Conference of the European Society for Biomaterials (September 4 to September 8, 2023) in Davos, Switzerland. It was a great time re-exploring Switzerland at the same time! It was a fantastic time to mingle with a lot new friends in Europe!

The surprising moment was to be able to reconnect with CRS YSC members, Maria and Claudia! It was glad to talk to Raghavendra Palankar, the editor of Nature Nanotechnology, Masood (Tushar student), Daniel (a Malaysian student in Sheffield University), Jeff Chang (colleague of Becky from Taiwan), Sungchul Shin (SNU, Seoul) and special meet up with Ines on Bernina express after the conference!
